Covid Protocols

Dear Patients, Family and Friends:

Lowcountry Dentistry will be taking additional precautions in order to keep our patients, staff and their families safe. We have greatly increased safety measures including implementing the following protocols.

We will be pre-screening all scheduled pts over the phone: this verbal pre-screening will review a patient’s current health status and risk of contracting or spreading the covid-19 virus.

We ask all patients to wear a face covering to and from their appointment (homemade masks are fine).

All patients will have their temperature recorded prior to being seated.

ONLY Patients (no family members) will be allowed in treatment rooms.

If you are accompanying a minor child 1 parent or guardian only will be allowed in the waiting area. We encourage you to wait in your vehicle especially if you have other children with you.

The dental office is considered a high risk environment. Any patients who are high risk, ill or uncomfortable with the new protocols are asked to reschedule their current appointments.
